Description:
The Annual Bluegrass Christmas Concert will be held on Sunday, December 15th featuring County Connection at the Newport Rec Center in Giles.

County Connection is a four piece bluegrass band from Southwest Virginia with Pam Landreth on bass, Frank Garman on guitar, Garry Williams on banjo and Melvin Linkous on fiddle.

The Mount Olivet UMC Children's Choir will also sing for us. Refreshments will be provided after the concert by the Newport Ruritans.

The cost is $5 and all proceeds benefit the Newport Agricultural Fair. The Newport Community Action Committee (NCAC) will be accepting non-perishables for the local food bank.

The Newport Rec Center is located at 434 Blue Grass Trail on US Route 42 in Newport, VA.
