The Raymond F. Ratcliffe Memorial Transportation Museum will hold their Open House on Thursday, December 12th.
The Museum will be decorated for Christmas and there will be a special train designated "The Polar Express." There will be guides on hand to describe The Ratcliffe's many exhibits.
The Ratcliffe features a scale model, O Gauge replica of a thriving, energetic railroad town of the mid-1950's and seeks to preserve the rich history of a late 19th century "boom town," with a focus on its transportation and commercial history.
The Ratcliffe Transportation Museum is located at 51 Commerce Street in Pulaski, VA.
