Historic Smithfield Plantations presents it's annual Holidays at Smithfield three-day event this year titled "Echoes of the Past" on Sunday, December 14th.

NOTE: This event was originally scheduled for December 8, 2013, but was postponed due to inclement weather.

Come celebrate the Holidays at Historic Smithfield’s annual themed colonial Christmas celebration, featuring: • Susanna’s Tea • Period music throughout the three day event • Holiday Greenery sale • Costumed interpreted tours • Children’s activities • Museum Store Gift Shop sale • Special historical exhibits from families that settled the New River Valley

Sunday (Dec. 8) Music Schedule: • 1:00-1:45 PM: New River Valley Musicians - Renee & Christopher Rippe on Harp & Cello • 2:00-2:45 PM: Blacksburg Recorder Society with Vocalist • 3:00-4:45 PM: Simple Gifts of the Blue Ridge

Tickets are on sale now and provide you with a three day pass to visit Smithfield each day of their Holidays event. Advance tickets are $20 for adults and $15 for children.
