The Blacksburg Library offers the program Sharing our Gifts with Wildlife on Wednesday, December 18, 2013.
Plenty of wild animals and birds try to survive the winter with only fur or feathers to shield them from the cold. Price House Nature Center Educator Dorothy Birch will describe how we can help by offering them food and water throughout the coldest months.
Children, ages 3 years to 8 years, will find the program informative and entertaining. They will enjoy making a variety of bird feeders during the program.
