The Christiansburg Library offers The Whole Nine Yards – Sewing at the Library on Thursday, December 5, 2013.
Join in a hands-on evening making pillows or tote bags for yourself or to give to family or friends. The list of materials needed is available at the library information desk.
This is the first of three sessions that include January 23 (presentation about clothing construction) and February 6 (presentation about tools, techniques and textiles). Home sewing is regaining popularity thanks to TV shows, a burgeoning DIY movement and “Fast Fashion.” Join us!
