Description:
The Indian Students’ Association at Virginia Tech (VT-ISA) celebrates Diwali on Sunday, November 3rd in Burruss Auditorium and invites you to join them.

Diwali is our marquee event of the year. As India’s biggest festival we celebrate it on a large scale at Virginia Tech. Each year the celebrations consist of a cultural show where students and community members showcase their talents in front of a packed audience.

This year’s cultural show will start at 5 pm with President Steger and Dr. Guru Ghosh as our chief guests. This show will be followed by fireworks on the Drillfield at 7:30 pm. The evening will conclude with a mouth-watering, authentic Indian dinner from Taaza!

Schedule:
5:00-7:30 pm - Cultural Show in Burruss Auditorium
7:30-8:00 pm - Fireworks on the Drillfield
8:00 pm - Authentic Indian Dinner from Taaza

Note: The dinner featuring authentic Indian food from Taaza of Roanoke, VA will be served in the Commonwealth Ballroom starting at 8 pm. Tickets are available for $16 online or at the day of the event.
