The premier screening of the film The Dream Interpreter which was filmed locally will be held at The Lyric on Saturday, November 2nd followed by a Q&A session.

What does it take to follow your dreams? For Tabitha Hager the future is anything but dreamy. Her business is failing, her younger brother is drifting, and her love life is nonexistent. When a mysterious homeless man with an uncanny ability to interpret dreams enters the picture, will Tabitha find the courage to overcome life’s obstacles and pursue her dreams?

Filmed locally in the New River Valley, this film is a collaborative production between Virginia Tech faculty, M.F.A. candidates, undergraduates, industry professionals, and members of the New River Valley community.

The flim was directed by Vince DeGeorge. Runtime is 20 minutes with a Q&A to follow.
