The Town of Dublin hosts it's 2013 Halloween Treat Trail on Halloween, Thursday, October 31st from 4-7 pm.
A list of participating businesses will be available to pick up at the Dublin Police Department, the Town Hall or at the various town businesses before the event.
The Dublin Police Department is located at 101 Dublin Park Drive in Dublin, VA.
