The Pulaski County Chamber of Commerce and participating Fairlawn Merchants present the 2013 Fairlawn Treat Trail on Halloween, Thursday, October 31st.
All children are invited to wear their costumes and trick or treat at participating businesses. Participating businesses will have a Fairlawn Bee displayed.
