Description:
The Lyric Theater presents a special screening and talkback session of "Inocente", the Academy Award Winner for Best Documentary Short Subject, as well as filmaking seminars with film editor Jeff Consiglio and composer Marc Aramian on Monday, October 14th.

Inocente is a timeless story about the transformative power of art, the challenges facing undocumented immigrants in this country, and the new face of homeless in America: children. But it is also a coming of age story about a brave young girl's fierce determination to never surrender to the bleakness of her surroundings.

Before the screening come hear Jeff Consiglio, editor of Inocente and alumnus of Virginia Tech, and Marc Aramian, award winning composer and sound designer, talk about their experiences with cinema.
