Join the Virginia Tech chapter of Circle K and the Blacksburg Parks and Recreation Department for the Annual Halloween Carnival on Halloween, Thursday, October 31st from 6PM to 8PM.

Enjoy carnival games, candy, prizes, and a special guest.

Only guardians and children preschool to elementary age allowed.
