The Blacksburg Library continues their Epic Storm Week events with WDBJ-7 Children's Weather Seminar: "The Power of the Elements" on Wednesday, September 25th.

Kids will step into the wild world of weather with a WDBJ-7 broadcast meteorologist and learn interesting facts and see cool weather experiments. Children and people of all ages will find this seminar fascinating as they learn about clouds, rain, wind, snow and all kinds of interesting weather topics. Hear about the full force of water, from incredible clouds to devastating floods; awe-inspiring storms, including hurricanes and tornadoes; and finally the extremes of heat and cold.

A Make & Take Rainy Day Mobile Craft complete with white fluffy clouds and colorful raindrops will be available for the kids after the program.
