Join the free TED Talk at The Lyric titled "Edible Landscapes" on Thursday, September 19th.

Harvesting the Commons – an idea taking us BACK TO THE FUTURE on the path to sustainability! The Lyric Theatre will host a TED talk featuring Pam Warhurst talking about How We Can Eat Our Landscapes followed by a panel discussion with local experts in sustainability and the local foods movement.

Brown bag lunches are welcome.

This event is part of Celebrate Sustainability 2013, an event celebrating eco-friendly efforts and enthusiasm in our community! The Town of Blacksburg, Virginia Tech and Sustainable Blacksburg come together each year to recognize efforts which enhance our relationship with the natural environment.
