The Blacksburg Children's Museum Benefit Gala Launch! will be held on Saturday, September 28th from 8-10:30 pm under the stars and in the museum space at the First & Main Shopping Center.

Enjoy live music and entertainment, caricatures by local artist Steven White, fine food and drink and a sneak peak at the new museum's exhibits.

Tickets are $100 each or $1,000 for a sponsored table of eight. The Blacksburg Children's Museum is a 501(c)(3) non profit organization and half of your ticket is tax deductible.

Blacksburg is known for hosting exciting outdoor events, and the museum gala promises to be one of the area’s most exciting. The event’s “LAUNCH!” theme and hot air balloon decor connotes the museum’s eagerness to fill it’s new space at First and Main with exhibits and open its doors.

The event is black tie optional and rain or shine.

The Blacksburg Children’s Museum is devoted to nurturing the curiosity and creativity of children through the exploration of science, technology, the arts, and regional heritage. The future museum at First and Main in Blacksburg will serve families across the entire New River Valley and attract visitors from surrounding regions.
