Startup Blacksburg presents Invigorate! Educate! Launch! on Thursday, September 26th at TechPad.

Invigorate! Educate! Launch! is uur first inaugural event to let people know about what Startup Blacksburg is who is involved. How we want to impact the community and what events are planned for the Fall.

JSConf Founder and Organizer Chris Williams will be the keynote speaker. Chris is a Virginia Tech Alumni, is the godfather of Nodebots, on a crusade to reduce negativity, and just trying to do amazing things. He is the founder of JSConf, which is a conference focused on two things, pushing the boundaries of what is thought to be conceivable with JavaScript and providing exceptional human social activities that encourage community and friendship building.

Tickets are free however you do need to register to reserve your spot.

Startup Blacksburg is a grass roots movement initiated through the Roanoke-Blacksburg Technology Council (RBTC) that seeks to build a community of entrepreneurs, mentors, investors and startup enthusiasts to support the creation and growth of startups in Blacksburg and the New River Valley.
