The Virginia Tech School of Visual Arts presents a free screening of "The US vs. John Lennon" on Thursday, September 12th at the Graduate Life Center Auditorium.
"The US vs. John Lennon" tells the story of the government's attempts to deport John Lennon and Yoko Ono for their peace activism.
The screening supports the Taubman Museum's presentation of "Yoko Ono Imagine Peace Featuring John & Yoko's Year of Peace" and Yoko Ono's "My Mommy is Beautiful" collection which will be on display at the Armory Gallery at Virginia Tech until October 1, 2013.
