Claytor Lake State Park has teamed up with New River Trail State Park and Pulaski Bikes, for National Public Lands Day on Saturday, September 28th. Volunteers are needed!
Join us at Dora Junction, Pulaski access of New River Trail State Park; we will be planting flowers, trees and shrubs. Before we get started with the project, enjoy a bike ride from Pulaski Train Station to Dora Junction trail head; afterwards stick around for a cook out (hot dogs, chips and drinks will be served).
As part of our Official Stewardship Virginia Volunteer event, each participant will receive a certificate from the Governor.
