The Virginia Tech Transportation Institute (VTTI) invites you to their 25th Anniversary Open House Celebration on Friday, November 15th from 1-5 pm.

The public is invited to join the second largest U.S. university-level transportation institute in celebrating a quarter-century of success. The celebration will include opportunities to meet our researchers; tours of select facilities, including our newest annex; a first-hand look into how we conduct our pioneering studies; and an interactive journey into how we began, what we do now, and where we envision our future.

Tours will begin at 1 p.m., capped by comments and presentations beginning at 4 p.m.

VTTI is committed to conducting cutting-edge research to save lives. Since 1988, VTTI has been honored to play a significant role in helping designers and policy makers develop the countermeasures necessary to reduce crashes and fatalities. VTTI data and analyses have served as the bases for numerous laws that address driver issues such as distraction and fatigue.

VTTI is located at 3500 Transportation Research Plaza in Blacksburg, Virginia.
