Description:
The Town of Dublin presents their annual Independence Day Flag Raising and Retirement Ceremony on Thursday, July 4th at the Dublin Town Hall.

The ceremony begins at 9 am and includes the raising of the American flag, the singing of the national anthem by Kaylee Hall and a local Boy Scout troop demonstrating how to properly retire a US flag. Dublin police officer Cpl. Marty Dowdy and the department's K-9 officer Lobo will also provide a free K-9 demonstration with free giveaways for the kids.

And, finally, the police department will be giving away free gun safety locks while supplies last to any citizen requesting one.
