Description:
The Jacksonville Center for the Arts offers the class Silver and Gold Precious Metal Clay with Annie Armistead on Saturday, November 16th.

Class Description:
In this exciting 8 hour workshop, students will complete two precious metal clay projects that will then be embellished with gold. One technique learned, is the ancient Korean technique of Keum Boo which uses 24k gold foil and is applied to the fine silver precious metal clay. Students also learn the process of burnishing 22k PMC gold paste to accent their silver project. The workshop fee $165, includes use of all studio tools, clay and supplies. Extra clay will be available for purchase.
