Description:
The Jacksonville Center for the Arts offers the Marbled Paper with Lara Davis Phelps class on Saturday, November 16th.

Class Description:
Create your own marbled paper to use for scrapbooking, cards or collage! A class open to all ages using acrylic paint to marble on paper. If you want to bring paper boxes, pencils, cloth, or other plain objects you would like to decorate please bring them and you can give it a try. Creating patterns that will be interesting enough to put inside the covers of your next book, this is an easy technique the whole family will love! Lara will take you through this exciting, fun and intriging process. She will discuss materials, types of dyes and inks and the best techniques to get the design you are looking for!
