Description:
Our Daily Bread Bakery & Bistro, local since 1980, will be celebrating their new name, and the opening of their new French Bistro Dinner Service, with a ribbon cutting ceremony on Friday, May 10th.

The Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce will conduct the ceremony. Light refreshments will be served.

Our Daily Bread has been in the New River Valley for over thirty years. Danielle and Chef Thierry Tellier, the current owners, purchased the bakery nearly five years ago bringing their French cuisine and pastry experience to Blacksburg. They have been serving breakfast and lunch cafe-style to customers since the change in ownership. The bakery has recently completed a full remodel and added French Bistro Dinner Service on April 23.

Dinner hours are Tuesday through Saturday starting at 5:30PM each evening. In a typical French bistro manner, the daily market menu changes at the whim of the chefs and the availability of fresh ingredients.

The bakery also specializes in French pastries, fresh breads, pies, cookies, eclairs, catering and wedding cakes.
