On Saturday, April 20th, Southwest Virginia Fresh will be holding its third annual Blossom and Grow Festival here at the Draper Mercantile.

Mark your calenders to come meet the local food producers and learn more about the steps that bring the farm fresh food to the table with the ‘Meet Your Grower/Producer Storybooths’. Also enjoy the annual and very popular Baked Goods Contest, kids’ activities, door prizes, local artisans, and breakfast and lunch at Blue Door Café.

For the Baked Goods Contest, bakers submit entries and the public gets to taste them and vote for their favorites!

Southwest Virginia Fresh is a community service organization dedicated to creating and promoting a thriving local foods economy by connecting growers and producers with consumers throughout Southwest Virginia.
