Join the Blacksburg Library for an entertaining and educational program about animals from the forest on Saturday, April 13th at 2 pm. Mill Mountain Zoo Educator Bambi Godkin will share fascinating information about animals that come from different forest habitats around the globe.

Bambi will bring some animal guests from the zoo and you’ll want to be there to see them! Animal guests will include a Chinese water dragon, a ball python, a fire-bellied toad, and one mystery animal that you’ll have to be present to learn about.

From tundra to desert to ocean, the Earth is made up of many diverse habitats. Come meet a few animals that have adapted to living in these varied habitats. Children of all ages are welcome! Don’t miss this special opportunity to meet Mill Mountain Zoo animals that are being transported to the Blacksburg Library!

This program is free to the public and is paid for by the Friends of the Library.
