The Blacksburg Library presents the Joy of Knitting on Monday, April 22nd.

Spring is in the air! The free patterns this month will be lace scarves: an easy Feather and Fan, and a more challenging Mesh Lace. And don’t forget, even if you’ve never knit before, come anyways and I’ll teach you this fantastic craft!

This follow-up session will be the perfect time to get help with mistakes, or take your skills to the next level with more advanced patterns.

Required Materials: One pair of US 8 straight knitting needles, and at least 240 yards of light-colored worsted weight yarn.
