Virginia Tech presents Dr. Shane Lopez from the University of Kansas for a special presentation titled "Ripples of Hope" on Thursday, April 25th in the Great Room within Ambler Johnston Hall on the campus of Virginia Tech.

Dr. Lopez is a psychologist and senior scientist at the Gallup organization. He is considered the world’s leading authority on the psychology of hope. He has published seven professional books, including the "Encyclopedia of Positive Psychology" and is also the author of a new book entitled "Making Hope Happen".
