Come enjoy a taste of Rhythm of Birth’s gourmet child birth preparation at the Blacksburg Library on Friday, March 15th!
Thinking about the pain of birth and giving you and your baby the nutrients you need during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum can be overwhelming. Cultivating mindfulness, developing pain coping practices, and eating mindfully and "in awareness" will help guide you as you prepare for birth and parenthood.
This workshop is for anyone trying to get pregnant, supporting someone during birth (other birth mentors, doulas, and advocates), and pregnant couples on their journey towards birth. I encourage dads and partners to attend.
