The Christiansburg Library is holding it's Evening Book Talk on Wednesday, March 13th featuring the book "The Frozen Thames".
In its long history, the River Thames has frozen solid forty times and Helen Humphrey’s "The Frozen Thames" brings to icy life each of those periods. Join us on a cold tour from 1142 to 1927, in vignettes that are “curiously wonderful and splendidly written.”
