Description:
The Palisades welcomes the Giles Mountain String Band to the stage for a night of bluegrass music.

The Giles Mountain String Band is an Old Time string band from the mountains of Southwest Virginia. Featuring members Dean Reed, son of the legendary Henry Reed, Bill Blevins, Angie Via and Chris Via. The band plays a lot of Henry Reed tunes. Their style is true to the older generation of Giles County and they also play a lot of Blue Ridge Style music.
