The Blacksburg Library presents "Meet the Artist: Charlotte Atkins" on Sunday, February 24.
Charlotte’s art exhibit is on display at the Blacksburg Library: Faces of Floyd, captures the almost magical essence of the community of Floyd.
Join us for an evening presentation where we learn about Charlotte’s life, her art, and her inspirations. She is as talented a story teller as she is an artist. Come and enjoy the colorful stories about the individuals whose portraits are on display.
