Join the Blacksburg library for a special movie and book discussion on "Winter's Bone".

Based on the 2006 novel Winter’s Bone by Daniel Woodrell, the movie (of the same title) won Sundance Film Festival Best Picture and Best Screenplay and was nominated for several Academy Awards.

Jennifer Lawrence, now known for her Katniss character in the Hunger Games movies, made her debut in this 2010 movie.

Watch the movie on the big screen from 1:00 - 2:45 p.m. and discuss the book/movie over coffee following the feature film.
