Join the Jessie Peterman Library for a special question and answer session about building and construction.

Master Code Professional Jim Whitten, Building Official for Carroll County, will share his knowledge of construction with interested parties.

If you have a question about new construction or renovations, stop by and get some answers. Mr. Whitten will discuss upcoming code changes that will affect almost all construction.

Master Code Professional is the highest certification awarded by the body that governs building professionals so this is a perfect opportunity to get your answers from one of the best sources around.
