The Palisades welcomes musician Driftin' Westward to the stage.

Hailing from a small remote town nestled deep in the coal fields of the Appalachian mountains of Virginia, Driftin’ Westward has painted a vibrant sound-scape resonating deep within the influences and stories of the valley’s and mountains once called home. The brainchild of eccentric songwriter and sole member K.T. Vandyke, a young up-and-comer from the Appalachian region, DW constructs a compelling and unique sound present in the music, all the while pulling the audience in with elegant and mesmerizing wordplay.

Driftin’ Westward in its brief lifespan over the past two years has toured the east coast and shared the stage with great artists such as Rhonda Vincent, Larry Keel and Natural Bridge, Papadosio, Iron Horse, If Birds Could Fly, Devon Allman, and more.
