Description:
Celebrate Valentine's Day with a four course meal at Kim's Restaurant & Lounge located within the Holiday Inn Christiansburg near the New River Valley Mall. To fit into your busy schedule, the special Valentine's Meal will be available Thursday, February 14th through Saturday, February 16th from 5-10 pm.

Each couple gets to choose 1 appetizer to share, 2 soups or salads, 2 entrees, 4 side dishes and a dessert to share. A champagne toast is also included.

Appetizers:
- Calamari with Roasted Red Pepper Aioli
- Grilled Scallops with Ginger-Basil Oil & Asparagus Slaw
- Brushetts with Roasted Grape Tomatoes, Carmelized Onions & Sherry Balsamic Reduction

Soups & Salads:
- Tomato White Bean Soup with Walnut Pesto
- Seafood Bisque
- Classic Caesar Salad
- Berry & Goat Cheese Salad with Citrus Vin.

Entrees:
- Pepper Seared Sirloin Steak with Red Win Jus & tobacco Onions
- Rack of Lamb with Cheery Compote & Fresh Mint
- Crabcakes with Cajun Remoulade & Herb Salad
- Chicken Confit with White Wine Mustard Sauce

Side Dishes:
- Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes
- Risotto
- Grilled Asparagus
- Broccolini Sauteed with Garlic and White Wine

Desserts:
- Chocolate Bread Pudding with Caramel Sauce
- Amaretto Creme Brulee with Almond Tuile
- Blood Orange Gratinee with Candied Ginger & Champagne Sabayon
