The Lyric presents a free showing of the film "Side by Side" as The Lyric prepares to enter the digital age on Saturday, February 2nd and as part of the Lyric Council's 'Celebrating the Lyric' Annual Meeting and Volunteer Appreciation event.

As part of the celebration there will be a reception with cocktails and hors d'oeuvres. The reception begins at 2 pm and the film at 3 pm.

Join Keanu Reeves on a tour of the past and the future of filmmaking in Side by Side. Since the invention of cinema, the standard format for recording moving images has been film.
