New River Community College hosts a free workshop titled “Am I Losing a Job to Facebook?” which will be instructed by NRCC Career Advisor Dr. Jon Wenrich.
The workshop will help participants understand how others see them through various social media platforms, how those platforms work and what participants can do to improve their online appearance.
Available sessions are on Wednesday, January 30 from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 6 to 7:30 p.m. at the NRV Mall site and Thursday, January 31 from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 6 to 7:30 p.m. on the a-campus in Dublin.
No pre-registration is required to attend any of the workshops.
