The Roanoke - Blacksburg Technology Council (RBTC) hosts their January Tech and Toast entitled "Core Values - Defining, Integrating & Managing Gaps". The talk will be led by Richard Hammer, VP of Technology at Interactive Achievement. The attendance cost also includes breakfast.

What are Core Values?
An organizations core values are the foundation on which we expect our staff to perform work and conduct themselves in the business world. Our personal code values drive our interactions with the people in our lives: friends, families, and co-workers. We have an entire universe of values at our disposal. Some of these values are so primitive, so important to us, that throughout the changes in society, government, politics, and technology, they remain at the center of our interactions and problems we solve (and likely will for the entirety of our lives).

In an ever-changing personal and business world, core values are a universal constant. Please join Richard Hammer as he share his stories and walks us through his history with personal and professional core values.
