Come to the Meadowbrook Library on Tuesday, January 29 for a special presentation on the consumption of sugar and the effects it has on your body.
Ini Beckman will be discussing the harmful effect of sugar intake and will offer alternative ways of eating. Ms. Beckman is a recent graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition of New York and is currently studying the effects of 100 different types of diets.
