Description:
Come support our winter and spring activity fundraiser. Swing by and support SEEDS-Blacksburg Nature Center by purchasing some organic & fair trade items and learn about cacao on Saturday, December 15th and Saturday, December 22nd.

We’ll have a live cacao tree to look at. Yes, chocolate grows on trees! Our Volunteers from VT Biological Sciences, VT College of Natural Resources, and VT Service Learners who are still around during and after exams will be on hand to help you play and learn using our exhibits, the grounds, and our storybook library.

Organic & Fair Trade Chocolate, Coffee, and Teas are in stock at the Nature Center. They make excellent holiday gifts and great stocking stuffers.


Limited parking is available in the Nature Center Driveway, on Wharton Street, and within two short blocks on Clay Street at spout spring parking strip and along Church Street in the public parking lot.

Admission is free, donations are welcome.
