Whether you live near Radford or you're just up for another icy dip, freeze the day and join us at the Highlander Polar Plunge® Celebration benefiting Special Olympics Virginia on Saturday, March 2nd at Dudley's Landing within Bisset Park.

The Highlander Polar Plunge® Celebration, hosted by the Radford City Police, has become a unique tradition to the line-up of the Winter Homecoming activities, the plunge is open to the entire communi­ty including Radford University alumni, RU and Virginia Tech students, youth groups, — anyone that wants to help us raise cold hard cash! Raise a minimum of $30 and you can freeze the day in the icy cold New River.

Schedule:
Check-in: 10 am - 11 am
Splashdown: 11:30 am

Anyone can Plunge – young and old! If you are under 18, your parent or guardian must sign your waiver form.
