Description:
622 North presents their second Beer Dinner pairing up with Bell's Brewery in Kalamazoo, Michigan. A one seating, four course meal will be served in addition to four paired beers from Bell's Brewery on Monday, December 10th.

Menu:
-Winter White Ale-
Crisp fried potato ‘chips,’ grilled andouille sausage, fresh citrus and coriander pickled oysters, Belgian endive, curry crème fraiche

-Best Brown Ale-
Prosciutto wrapped confit of duck leg, tart cherry compote, roasted sweet potato, baked frisée lettuce, salted caramel

-Imperial Red Ale-
Fried torchon of braised short ribs, caramelized turnip and grapefruit relish, wilted turnip greens, duck fat roasted fingerling potatoes

-Double Cream Stout-
Hops smoked pumpkin mousse, almond tuile bowl, cinnamon honey, fresh whipped cream and sugar dusted fried sage leaves

The dinner is $60 per person and is all inclusive.
