The Radford University Environmental Clubs hosts a special screening of the film "American Meat" on Tuesday, December 4th in Bondurant Auditorium. The film will be followed by Q&A session.
Can sustainable farming feed the nation? "American Meat," a documentary film celebrating U.S. farmers and investigating food production and consumer choices, answers that question.
The first 150 guests to arrive will receive free burrito cards from Chipotle Mexican Grill.
The film will be followed by a Q&A session featuring co-founder Chris Ely of Applegate Farms, a 25-year-old organic and natural meat business in New Jersey; and Graham Meriwether, director of "American Meat."
Admission is free and the is open to the public.
