The Blacksburg Library presents "Meet the Artist: Pippi Miller" on Tuesday, December 11th.
Pippi Miller grew up in the New River Valley, and really had no choice when it came to becoming an artist. With a father who owns an art gallery in Blacksburg and a mother who studied interior decorating, it ran through her veins.
Although she owns Longstocking Photo and Design, which does weddings, portraits, sports photography, and a range of other commercial design and photo applications, and works full time at Miller off Main St. Galleries, her true self still resides in creating art. Not just photography, but just creating. Devoted to Creativity! Simple, basic, and the only way she knows how to live her life.
“Chaotically Controlled Nature”, Pippi’s new series, will be on display at the Blacksburg Library through December.
