Description:
On Monday, November 19 at 6:30 p.m. we’ll offer a follow-up session. This is the time to bring your projects to us for help with mistakes and to work on the project as a group!
Pair it with a nice handmade soap or bottle of lotion, and this special item will surely make your loved one’s day.
There will be two free patterns available: a plain washcloth for beginners, or one with a snowflake design for those who feel comfortable with their knitting skills. Though we provide the patterns, knitter will need to bring their own yarn and needles.
No previous knitting experience is necessary.
If you miss a class, feel free to attend either of the other sessions to catch up! The final session will be offered on Monday, November 26 at 6:30 pm.
All sessions are offered by library staff member Joanna Roye who has been knitting and crocheting for more than five years. Last year she began designing her own knitting patterns, and taught classes at the former Wyrd Sisters Yarn Shop in Roanoke, Virginia.
