Description:
Designed for women with a more round figure or larger body. We will explore modifications of traditional postures.

Any level is welcome. there will be time after our class to answer questions.

Consult your doctor before registering if you are new to yoga or are restoring from injury.

The class will be held at the Blacksburg Community Center. The class is available for ages 16 and up.
