Description:
Explore a gentle restorative yoga practice, releasing stress through breath work while learning modifications to traditional postures for restoration from injury and disease.

Consult your doctor before registering if you are new to yoga or are restoring from injury.

The class will be held at the Blacksburg Community Center. The class is available for ages 16 and up.
