Historic Smithfield holds their Annual Plant Sale on Saturday, May 12.

This sale features a wide variety of healthy, locally grown herbs, vegetables, annuals and perennials from Crow's Nest Greenhouses, as well as a selection of plants from the Smithfield garden and gardeners.

Knowledgeable volunteers will be available all day to answer your questions and assist you with plant selection and care. This is the perfect opportunity to get a gorgeous Mother's Day gift that keeps on flowering.

Botanically themed books and heritage seed packets will be on sale in the Museum Store.

The house will be open for guided tours throughout the day at regular admission prices. Visitors are invited to explore the Smithfield garden, orchard, and outbuildings at their leisure at no charge.
