Description:
Our Daily Bread Bakery & Cafe a special seated dinner on Saturday, April 28th at 7 pm entitled Soiree Lyonnaise. The special French dinner will be prepared by Chef Thierry Jugnet from Washington, DC. There will only be one seating.
The meal includes:
Salad Lyonnaise - Wild green and red spring lettuces gently tossed in a Balsamic Dijon Vinaigrette, topped with a warm soft poached egg, thick crisp double smoked bacon and homemade croutons.
Granite des Alpes - Slushy strawberry ice with a splash of Beaujolais and Jasmine infuse sugar can syrup.
Blanquette de Veau Pierres Dorees - Delicate all white veal ragout, studded with field mushrooms, glazed pearl onions and baby spring carrots, jasmine rice pilaf and pepper confetti.
Dessert - Religieuses et pets de nonnes
Sur un lit de creme anglaise a L'abbe nedictine
Paired Wine will also be available at an additional cost.
Take out dinners will also be available, but wine will not be available with the take out dinners.
