Description:
The Contemporary Dance Ensemble of Virginia Tech performs their spring show entitled: Springing Into Motion with two performances on Friday, March 30th and Saturday, March 31st in the Haymarket Theater.

The Contemporary Dance Ensemble was founded in 1990 to promote dance and artistic expression in the community and university. Although primarily focused on contemporary and modern dance at its onset, CDE has since benefited and grown from the influences of its members, advisors, and other dance professionals. Today, CDE's repertoire is an eclectic mix that includes ballet, jazz, tap, lyrical, pointe, hip-hop, as well as modern and contemporary.
