Description:
In collaboration with the Radford University Recreation Department, the Christiansburg Skate Park is proud to host the very first skate competition. This competition is designed to promote local skating in a fun, competitive atmosphere.

Prizes will be awarded to the top skaters for each skill level (beginner, intermediate or advanced). The competition will also be separated into age groups (12 and under, 13-17 and an open class). Each skater will be judged and scored on their performance.

There will be an entry fee of $5 per person (cash only).

It is a skate at your own risk competition. Helmets are required. Other protective gear is strongly encouraged.

The Skate Park is located near the Christiansburg Aquatic Center (595 North Franklin Street).
